We needed to have a pool built, so we got two bids, and we ended up going with The Pool Pro as Don was highly recommended to us through our landscape contractor, Soltis Landscape. Don communicated well throughout the process and was always upfront with where we were in the process and expected timelines. All questions were answered in a timely manner and were informative. When problems arose, there wasn’t much to discuss. On the only one I can remember, he offered to do whatever I wanted to fix it. When the project was complete, Don gave me a thorough walk-through of the equipment of which he is very knowledgeable.
I very much enjoyed the entire process. Don was always helpful and communicative. We had some delays from materials we selected, but Don was able to help us find something that worked similarly.

STEP 1
Design and Planning
First, you will meet with a pool designer or contractor to talk about your ideas, budget, and needs. We will then evaluate your site to see if the design is feasible. We prepare detailed designs and plans for your approval, including features like lighting and water elements. At that point, the local authorities approve the required building permits and approvals.
STEP 2
Excavation and Construction
We will mark and outline the area where your new pool will go on the ground. We will then excavate the area to the right depth and shape, removing soil and debris. Next, we will install forms and rebar for support, followed by laying plumbing lines and electrical conduits for water and lighting.
STEP 3
Installation of Systems
We will lay concrete to create the pool’s shell. Next, the concrete is left to cure so it hardens properly. Finally, the coping material, waterline tiles, and equipment are installed.
STEP 4
Finishing Touches
Now, we apply the plaster or pebble finish to the inside of the pool. We fill the pool with water and start the filtration equipment. We test and balance the water chemistry and perform a final inspection of the equipment. Lastly, we go over maintenance instructions with you to ensure your pools long life.
